Sarah Paul is a shell collector to the core, keeping her eyes open to the wonder, mystery and treasure-search that life can really be. A key find back in 1999 was Chris who she married and their adventure began. The venture has expanded exponentially now with their 2 lovely daughters and 2 sweet sons. Sarah is deeply grateful to be studying her MA in Christian Leadership part-time and working as an associate Pastor with Uptown church. Sarah’s interest is in gathering women together to seek with open hearts the many gifts and treasures God has promised those who would "search...as for hidden treasure...” (Proverbs 2:4)

Janice Keller is a wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt, niece, elementary teacher, friend and Girl’s at the Table mentor. She considers herself blessed to have walked through this amazing course a number of years ago. It has redefined her life’s goals and refocused her on God’s priorities for her life. She is ok with saying “no” to things that don’t fit into her big rocks and is loving the adventure of seeing her personal declaration grow wings of it’s own. She had the privilege of working with an amazing group of women to help Barb put together the Life Journal that accompanies the course. She is very excited about the next step on this journey which is adapting this course for preteen girls, called Girls at The Table. Janice is filled with passion and excitement as she walks out God’s vision for this project.

Dawn Sambrook is a deeply relational wife and mother of two.  Believing life is meant to be lived together, Dawn loves to create experiences, meals and spaces where people may come as they are, relate with others and consider what full life looks like.  She enjoys coffee, solitude, quality time with friends and family, being on the water, and outdoor adventures in beautiful settings.  Mentorship has been a part of Dawn's life since her involvement in Young Life of Canada first as a student in the mid 1990's and then as a staff member until 2008.  At the Table is an incredible opportunity for Dawn to engage mentorship in a more formal setting once again, as she no longer has pre-school aged children at home.  Dawn is sensitive, intuitive, welcoming and loves to see others thrive.

Lisa Page is a graduate and contributor to At the Table, life mentorship. She is wife to her husband of 16 years (still the best man she knows) and mother to two great kids with big ideas and even bigger feelings. She is passionate about her work as a paramedic in east Vancouver where she likes to bring her core values of kindness and courage. Her branding ‘create beautiful space’ reminds her that every day moments can be openings to invite relationship and beauty. Recently Lisa co facilitated Thrive, a program for young mothers facing difficult challenges. She shares her passions for hiking, paddling and gourmet clubs with the very best of friends. Most days she can be found logging miles, as she trail runs through the forest in search of clarity and adventure.

Abbey Reed’s greatest passion in life is to deeply connect with others. She loves to get to a place where fear, shame and insecurities can melt away so women can see and acknowledge the true beauty of their own stories and how they have shaped them to be who they are today. She is a wife, a mother of two wild boys, and a teacher. She values having a creative outlet and is always interested in finding new ways to express that. Abbey is full of joy and has a knack for putting people at ease with her humour and loving nature. She is excited to join women as they share, discover and bloom into their best selves.

Jennifer McAllister longs to welcome people into her home and her heart, curating space for women to embrace God’s grace. Through At The Table, she was able to recognize God’s love in her life as she walked a journey through depression and anxiety into a life overflowing with an ardent desire to learn about and practice spiritual disciplines. Currently, in her final stage of her Masters of Arts in Christian Studies at Regent College, she is also the momma of five and works as an administrative assistant and event coordinator for the ministries of her church. Empathy and connectedness co-mingled with a desire to think, learn, and achieve are strengths she uses to facilitate small groups and help women find their unique expression in Christ.
