Counselling Style
I aim to provide an environment of safety, confidentiality, and acceptance, so you are able to share your story with honesty and openness. I collaborate with you to create reachable goals to target constructive change and move toward a healthier, holistic life, connecting body, soul, and spirit. I counsel men and women through issues such as stress management, relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, spiritual formation, self-discovery, work-life balance, creating a personal declaration, and parenting.
I use an integrated approach to counselling - facilitating self-awareness, understanding core values, offering practical life skills, person-centered talk therapy, gestalt therapy, CBT, art, spiritual formation, prayer counselling, grief therapy, solution-focused therapy, somatic therapy, IFS, and appropriate client interventions. I am an Art Therapy practitioner, so I utilize visual arts, movement, and music in my counselling style.
